Dad
Thank you for praying for my dad. His surgery went very well- the doctor felt very good about it. Recovery, on the other hand, has been hard. The medicines that they have him on for pain are making him uncomfortable and he has not been able to sleep. He has slept less than 3 hours total in the past 48 hours. Please be praying that he will be able to sleep.

Praise the Lord that the surgery went well. Will definitely be praying for his recovery to improve and for sleep to come! Love to all the Purcells (and Skinners)!

So sorry I have been out of touch. I have been praying big time and thinking of you...what an insanely emotional season this has been for you! I'm so thankful your dad is doing well and will pray for his sleep and recovery.
